The last time I called Downtown, I had an American Express Card. I expressed that, and proceeded to call off the number. I had to repeat it about 6-7 times before the women on the phone proceeded to say "please hold." and before actually putting me on hold, she than said "I can't even hear this girl!" with a nasty attitude, then put me on hold. I respectfully declined my order and decided to order somewhere else. Every restaurant in Plymouth has amazing service, I hope Downtown Pizza will soon rise to the same level.September 04, 2016
