  Rude Staff, terrible food quality. You can really tell none of the workers want to be there. The older guy that works there yells at you as you walk in, the employees don't mind you as you patiently wait to order. I can't believe the owner of this store allows it to run at this poor, poor of a level.

  4/5 stars for excellence in customer service. Food service is excellent, dining area is clean, staff is very welcoming. I've had very few complaints here, but they always, always make it right, and fast. Enfield/Canaan dunks, don't even go there. Worst ever every time.

  I've never returned a coffee in my life... Or anything food related for that matter, today that changed. My macchiato was not even close to a macchiato... I asked for skim milk and they DROWNED the drink with it. I sent it back, my boyfriend's coffee was okay for him though. He got a sausage egg and cheese that was burnt to a crisp, I got a bagel with cream cheese that was so burnt it crunched and fell apart. Worst dunks I've ever been to.
